1. Order Processing Time

• All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the successful payment confirmation.
• For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, the processing time will begin on the next business day.

2. We Offer the Following Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: Delivery time is 1-3 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

    • Free for orders over 2,000,000 VND.
    • For orders under 2,000,000 VND, the shipping fee is 30,000 VND for Ho Chi Minh City and 50,000 VND for other areas.
  • • Express Shipping: Shipping fee is 50,000 VND for all orders.

4. Delivery Areas

• • • We currently only offer shipping within Vietnam. Orders outside this region will be notified specifically.

5. Delivery Responsibility

• • • We are committed to delivering orders on time as scheduled. In case of delays, we will immediately notify the customer.
    • Upon receiving the goods, customers are advised to check the condition of the products. If any damage or discrepancies are found, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.

6. Return and Exchange Policy
